Build Strength - Fire, Water, Earth
I came out of a severe state of depletion. I was 160-165lbs and 6’3”. A year later I’m 190+ and 6’4” of muscle. I’m 37yo. This year I’ll add another 25lb, and likely the same the year after that.
I didn’t work out that hard. I ate a lot, but not a ton like body builders do.
Some things that are smart about gym culture:
maximizing your effort + workout
paying attention to your diet to get the macros you need
Some big blind spots:
elemental theory
nutrition delivery
which systems are depleted, or dry
lymph
nerves
bones
muscles
you need your rivers flowing and nourished to build strength
if your bones are depleted, you wont be able to feed them to get stronger, your body will plateau
if youre a skinny guy you need to bulk, and you need to make sure htese systems are hydrated and fed to get the results you want
there are some easy hacks to get this going
there are some important diet patterns to get right
and there is some important bodywork to ensure your rivers are flowing and that you can gain more strength
